Everything ships from our U.S. fulfillment center. Orders go out within one business day and typically arrive in 2–5 days. No overseas shipping, no customs delays.
Free on all U.S. orders over $50. Below that, a flat $4.95.

Returns & guarantee
15 days, no grumpy questions. Email us and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement — and in most cases you don’t even need to ship anything back.
That’s what our cat-approved guarantee is for. If your cat protests within 15 days, we’ll refund you. They can keep the item.
Sizing & products
Every product page lists dimensions and a weight range. Most cats fit Standard; big breeds should size up. Still unsure? Ask us.
Yes. We choose pet-safe materials and note certifications (like OEKO-TEX) on product pages where applicable.
Personalization
Add your cat’s name (and upload a photo for portrait items) on the product page. Printed and shipped in the U.S. in 3–5 days.
Because they’re made just for your cat, custom items are only returnable for defects or our mistakes — which we’ll always fix.
